Van 1 tot en met 31 maart serveren wij een speciaal menu.
Op zondagmiddag kan u kiezen
voor ons 4 gangen lunch à € 65
en van woensdag tot en met zondagavond kan u kiezen
voor ons 5 gangen diner à € 73
Voor onze 'Dining with the stars' gasten
serveren wij een extra gerechtje! (**)

Carpaccio van langoustine - basilicum -
gemarineerde Argentijnse langostinos - tandoori

Gebrande Sint-Jakobsnoot - scharrelei - Noordzeekrab -
​bintje - truffel

(*) Gelakte duiffilet  - 'Rebel Rock' - jong witlof

Krokante kalfszwezerik - hasselback van zoete aardappelen -
​shiitake / chili / gember  soja

(**) Brillat Savarin - gekonfijte peer - zure room / calvados

Pistache - framboos - brownie - yoghurt crumble

Le dimanche midi vous pouvez choisir
le lunch 4 plats à € 65
et du mecrededi jusqu'au dimanche soir vous pouvez choisir
le diner 5 plats à € 73
